Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors only – no visible signs of outdoor wear.
📬 How to return
Contact our customer service for a return authorization. We will provide the return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Use a trackable shipping method – we cannot refund lost returns.
💰 Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest method.
🚫 Non‑returnable items
Socks, insoles, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non‑refundable.
🔧 Defective or wrong items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping. Photos help us process faster.
